Maxwells is a highly rated and hip East Coast Eatery on the ground floor of the historic Boston Building. It is considered by many visitors to have the best Philly Cheesesteak in the state. The pizza is a Brooklyn style with fantastic dough and high quality toppings.
Market Street Grill has been one of Salt Lake City’s premiere seafood restaurants. Many people rave about their Clam Chowder and the atmosphere is reminiscent of a Seattle or Boston restaurant.
Takashi, by most accounts, is the most popular Japanese restaurant in Salt Lake. It features the freshest Sushi in the Salt Lake. The selection of rolls isn’t large but everything they do have is top-notch. It draws a lot of people from cities up to 60 miles away and it gets busy, but it is worth it.
The Roof Restaurant offers the best combination of a view and food that Salt Lake has to offer. On the tenth floor of the old Hotel Utah, the restaurant overlooks the Salt Lake Temple. The only downside is no wine or alcohol is served at this restaurant.
